23th February 2003, the stone of No.44 came back from Addis Ababa/Ethiopia. I met him only one time at a small party when he had come to Japan at the invitation of Japan Foundation. I had sent a stone him, but I have not received any reply from him. I have got only his postal address. I thought the stone of No.44 will not come back. A week before, the stone was delivered to me unexpectedly. I was so surprised and also very happy. I felt that the human's will can own jointly across the different culture and situation each other. I think it is one of the art's power.
