I sent the piece of No.16 to Dalian with an introduction from Ms. Liu Xiao Yu who is in the Okayama prefectural University as a student studying abroad.

I got a FAX from him on 2001.12.18.. It is difficult to read, but I understood general meaning.

The 24th of March, I received some photos, catalogues and a video from Ms. Liu Xiao Yu who is a supporter. The No.16 is placed in front of Mr. Zhou house on a residential street. He is a professor of the School of Art and Design of Dalian Institute of light industry. Mr. Zhou and his wife Ms. Liu are in the photo with the neighborhood children.
